Supplier Ramp-up: On-boarding a global supplier base can be a time consuming process. OneSCM Services take the responsibility of on-boarding your entire supplier base.
Invoice Processing: OneSCM Services image and validate paper invoices. They also convert them to an electronic format for integration into your AP system. OneSCM Services trap errors, duplicates, and connects with your supplier for any clarification.
Data Synchronization: OneSCM Services proactively solicit updated catalog information such as lead times, minimum order quantity, and product substitutions from suppliers. Based on a configurable workflow, the ERP system is updated with new information.
Vendor Management: OneSCM Services review and cleanse vendor lists, map internal part numbers to manufacturer part numbers, and obtain validity dates, planned obsolescence and alternatives to manufactured parts.
Catalog Management: OneSCM Services can generate and maintain electronic catalogs, or establish self-serve capabilities for the supplier. Our services provide key suppliers with punch-out capabilities, and the ability to integrate with established catalogs.
